Can I switch from Starter to Pro later?
Yes. You can upgrade or add the second module at any time — pricing is prorated and your data carries over.
Do you offer annual billing or non-profit pricing?
Both. Annual billing comes with a discount, and we have dedicated rates for academic medical centers and nonprofits — talk to sales.
What does "seat" mean exactly?
Any human user with login access counts as a seat. Patients on the patient portal don't count, and shared kiosk accounts can be configured separately.
Do you support BAA and DPA?
Yes — both are signed as part of onboarding for any plan that handles PHI or EU data subjects.
How long is the free trial?
